- How do I change or cancel an order?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of submitting your order by contacting Customer Support.
Due to our auto processing and order fulfillment, after 2 hours we are not able to make any changes to an order, including a change to the shipping address.
- My order was damaged in shipping. How can I get a replacement?
We are terribly sorry your order arrived damaged. Please contact Customer Support with the details of what was damaged so that we may assist you in getting a replacement for your order.
- How do I return my order for a refund?
If you would like a refund for your mail delivery order please contact Customer Support.
- How do I send back returned items?
BenePhoto will pay for the postage of your return. Depending upon what you're returning, we let you know whether to send the merchandise back in a BenePhoto postage paid film mailer or in your own envelope or box with the postage-paid mailing label we'll provide.
- How soon should I expect to see a credit from BenePhoto?
Once a refund has been credited to your account we'll send you an email notification. Please allow 48 hours after receiving the email message for the credit to appear on your credit card.
- Does BenePhoto offer a guarantee?
Yes, we do. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will replace your order at no additional charge. View more information about the BenePhoto Guarantee.
